FISH MONGERS SET
These are the first, very rough photos taken of Stained Glass windows that have been in storage since 1976-1978.
Very poor photos taken the first minutes after being [again]  in storage for over 25 years.  The glasses are in Museum Quality condition, but very dirty .
The FISH MONGERS MARKET set was located in Liverpool, England, in the early 1970's in a farm building.  They had been removed from the
BLACKPOOL Fish Mongers Market at the beginning of the First World War, for fear that they might suffer damage in the oncoming conflict..
For reasons unknown, they spent the next  60 years in dark storage, only to be found by Franklin, carefully packed
in handmade crates and shipped to California in a container.  Once there... they went back in storage.
This photo shoot may well have been their 2nd exposure to daylight in over 80 years!
Soon, they will be at least cleaned, and better shots will be posted.            CLICK HERE FOR SIZING CHART OF FISH MONGER'S MARKET

TIFFANY TREES OF WISDOM
There are 7 panels in the set, glass in excellent to very good condition.  Brass cames and edging will need simple metal reinforcement.

NEWEST FIND!!! SEPTEMBER 7, 2002, while in Big Sur gathering 2 truckloads of glass from the ranch storage another "FISH MONGERS PANEL" was discovered. Here is the link to that additional panel, NOT included in the sizing page <ABOVE>
