At Paradis, some few motu bungalow nights are still available,we should arrange some "Swap" nights with folks at Tina's!  Work that out among yourselves.
For a part of the world that is known for its exclusivity, we are enjoying the best champagne at good beer prices.

Bora Bora Lagoon Resort (relatively closest neighbor of our Motu. I think)
  Many rooms are approaching $2,000 -$4,000 A NIGHT at most of the resorts surrounding both properties.

Ask them while you are there, or call.
 

COMPARATIVES   LOCAL HOTELS
Rooms at the closest hotel ( a 15 minute paddle away) is $2,000 to $4,000 per night.  They do figure double occupancy, just like we must, but it still averages well over $1,000 per night in this time period, with meal pensions between $70/$110 per person per day over the Holidays and the Millennium.
2, maybe 3 nights at one of these places costs more than OUR ENTIRE TRIP. AIR FARES and LODGING for 17 or 21 days!!!!!!!
The big resport are less ethnic and local than our places, but very, very beautiful.  I frequently walk from Tina's to the Bora Bora Hotel, and snorkel over the reef with the current, back towards 'home'.  Amazing.  You should plan to visit some resorts while on Bora Bora, New Years is going to be really.....festive, island style..  Both of our properties are MUCH more private than the hotels, and are private pensions, in my opinion, the 2 very best ones,
Tina's at Matira Point has the most beautiful beaches on the right and left, with many of the islands resorts situated between Tina's and Club Med, all within easy walking distance.
