All planet will instruct the Customer and the handling agency that a
booking has already been made, and that no dupe bookings should be made for this same group. 
There are no FOC or Child Discounts during this peak period.

FARES:
Non-Refundable Deposits by September 1
ALL INVOICES must be paid in full no less than 60 days prior to departure (before October 18.)

For your large group, we will offer Child is 67.00  oneway, and Infant is 12.00  oneway. 
If the number of pax decreases (60) or the number of children is higher than (5), we will have to review the discount bid on adults.

Connections with international flights are guaranteed, unless the
international carriers delay their flights for their winter rescheduling, which will force us to review the bookings, the best we can.

If there is a delay in the international flights arrivals, your groups will be carried on the best Air Tahiti flights showing availability, and we shall not launch special additional flights unless the international
carrier pays the additional cost, while Air Tahiti will still retain the
original coupons.
